Q. 하루에 몇 화까지 무료인가요?
하루 2화이고, 설치 첫날은 3화입니다. 매일 자정(기기 시각 기준)에 다시 채워집니다. 더 쓰시려면 잉크를 쓰시거나 구독하시면 됩니다.
Q. 잉크(Ink)는 무엇인가요?
추가로 한 화를 더 쓰거나 일부 기능(길게 쓰기, 설정 검토 등)에 쓰는 앱 안의 재화입니다. 보상형 광고를 끝까지 보시면 1개를 받으실 수 있고(하루 최대 15번), 앱 안 '잉크 충전'에서 30·80·200개 묶음을 사실 수도 있습니다. 가장 작은 묶음은 첫 구매 한정입니다. 잉크는 이 기기에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 남은 잉크는 복구되지 않습니다. 사용한 잉크는 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
Q. 구독하면 무엇이 달라지나요?
월 구독(자동 갱신)을 하시면 전면 광고 없이 하루 최대 15화까지 쓰실 수 있고, 두 작품을 동시에 쓰실 수 있습니다. 설정 검토는 하루 20회까지 무료이고, 등장인물 칸도 잉크 없이 늘리실 수 있습니다. 가격은 앱 안 구독 화면과 App Store에 나라별로 표시됩니다.
Q. 구독을 해지하려면 어떻게 하나요?
아이폰 '설정 > (내 이름) > 구독'에서 Niblore를 골라 해지하시거나, 앱 안 구독 화면의 '구독 관리·해지'를 누르세요. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하셔야 다음 결제가 되지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple이 처리하므로 환불은 Apple 문제 신고 페이지에서 요청하실 수 있습니다.
Q. 기기를 바꿨는데 구독이 안 보여요.
같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 뒤, 앱 안 구독 화면의 '구매 복원'을 눌러 주세요. (잉크는 소모성 상품이라 복원되지 않습니다.)
Q. '링크로 공유'한 글은 어떻게 지우나요?
내 책장 위쪽의 링크 아이콘 → '내가 공유한 링크'에서 '링크 지우기'를 누르시면 바로 지워지고, 링크를 받은 사람도 더는 읽을 수 없습니다. 지우지 않으면 2년 뒤 자동으로 사라집니다. 부적절한 공유 글을 보셨다면 그 페이지 아래의 '신고하기'를 누르시거나 이메일로 알려 주세요.
Q. 작성한 소설이 사라졌어요.
소설은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 함께 사라질 수 있으니 중요한 글은 따로 보관해 주세요.
Q. 오류가 생겼어요.
어떤 화면에서 무엇을 했을 때 생겼는지 적어 이메일로 보내 주시면 빠르게 확인하겠습니다.

Q. How many episodes can I write for free?
Two a day, and three on your first day. The allowance refills at midnight (your device's clock). To write more, use Ink or subscribe.
Q. What is Ink?
Ink is the in-app currency for an extra episode and some features (long episodes, consistency review, etc.). You earn 1 Ink per fully watched rewarded ad (up to 15 a day), or buy packs of 30, 80 or 200 under "Get Ink" in the app; the smallest pack is for your first purchase only. Ink is stored on this device and can't be recovered if you delete the app or change devices. Used Ink is not refundable.
Q. What does the subscription include?
The monthly auto-renewing subscription removes full-screen ads, lets you write up to 15 episodes a day and two novels at once, gives up to 20 free consistency reviews a day, and lets you add character slots without Ink. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store for your country.
Q. How do I cancel?
Go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions and choose Niblore, or tap "Manage / cancel subscription" in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Payments are handled by Apple; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Q. I changed devices and my subscription is missing.
Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen. (Ink is consumable and can't be restored.)
Q. How do I delete an episode I shared as a link?
Tap the link icon at the top of your bookshelf → "My shared links" → "Delete link". It's removed right away and no one can read it anymore. Otherwise it's deleted automatically after 2 years. If you see inappropriate shared content, tap "Report" at the bottom of that page or email us.
Q. I lost my story.
Stories are stored only on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or switch devices — please keep a copy of anything important.
Q. I ran into an error.
Email us what screen you were on and what you did, and we'll look into it right away.
