mistory("본 앱")는 이용자가 AI와 함께 소설을 써나가는 개인용 창작 도구입니다. 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 소설 데이터(등장인물, 화 내용, 아이디어 노트 등)는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되고 개발자의 서버로 전송·저장되지 않습니다. 다만 아래와 같은 기능을 제공하기 위해 일부 데이터가 제3자 서비스로 전달됩니다.
이용자가 입력한 장르, 문체, 등장인물 설명, 관계성, 피드백 문구, 그리고 지금까지 작성된 이야기 내용은 소설 본문을 생성하기 위해 개발자가 운영하는 서버(mistory-app.vercel.app)를 거쳐 Google의 Gemini API로 전송됩니다. 이 데이터는 응답을 생성하는 용도로만 사용되며, 개발자는 이를 별도로 저장하지 않습니다. Google의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google Gemini API 약관 및 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
본 앱은 리워드 광고(잉크 충전)와 전면 광고를 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID) 등 기기 정보를 수집하여 광고를 제공하고 성과를 측정할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 실행 시 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한 요청을 통해 개인 맞춤형 광고 수집 동의 여부를 직접 선택할 수 있으며, 거부하더라도 앱의 모든 기능(광고 시청 포함)은 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고해 주세요.
현재 버전은 구독도, 앱 내 구입도 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이후 결제 기능을 위해 RevenueCat SDK가 앱에 포함되어 있으며, 기기를 구분하기 위한 익명 식별자를 만듭니다. 이 식별자는 이름·이메일 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보와 연결되지 않습니다. 이후 결제 기능이 추가되면 결제는 Apple App Store / Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 결제 카드 정보 등 민감한 정보는 Apple/Google이 직접 관리하고 개발자나 RevenueCat에 전달되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 RevenueCat 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 별도로 수집하지 않으며, 회원 계정 시스템을 운영하지 않습니다. 이용자가 작성한 소설 내용은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다(앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됨).
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

mistory ("the App") is a personal creative writing tool where you co-write a novel with AI. The App has no account or login system; your novel data (characters, episode text, idea notes, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to or stored on the developer's servers. Certain features below do send limited data to third-party services in order to work.
The genre, style, character descriptions, relationships, feedback text, and story-so-far you provide are sent through the developer's server (mistory-app.vercel.app) to Google's Gemini API solely to generate the next piece of story text. This data is used only to produce that response and is not separately stored by the developer. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
The App uses Google AdMob for rewarded video ads (used to earn "Ink") and for interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. On iOS, you are asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent before any personalized ad data collection; declining does not limit any feature of the app, including watching ads for Ink. See Google's Ads Policy for details.
This version offers no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. The RevenueCat SDK is nevertheless bundled in the app for future payment support, and it generates an anonymous identifier used to tell devices apart. That identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personally identifying information. If purchases are added later, they will be processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play, and payment card details will be handled directly by Apple/Google and never shared with the developer or RevenueCat. The App does not separately collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number, and does not operate any account system. Your written novels stay on your device only, and are removed if you delete the app.
The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
